Terms & Conditions

Price $1,200.00 with Limited AKC registration

A NON-Refundable deposit of $250.00, payable by cash, money order, or PayPal is required prior to the time of purchase.

By remitting a deposit you agree to the terms and conditions as posted on the website.

Final payment will be accepted by cash, check, money order, or PayPal prior to taking possession of your new puppy.

Your puppy may be picked up upon receipt of health certificate. Arrangements to have the puppy shipped are available upon prior agreement.

Shipping charges are NOT included in the sale price. Arrangments must be made prior to final payment is invoiced.

All puppies are National Kennel Club (NKC) registered, issued a health certificate by a licensed verterinarian and come with a guarantee against crippling defects tp the best of our knowledge. Many states have enacted "puppy lemon laws" to protect consumers when they purchase sick puppies. Indiana has no such laws. We are not responsible for veterinary costs.

A puppy can be returned at any time. There will be NO REFUND of the purchase price or shipping costs. If a puppy is returned for any reason, the owner relinquishes all rights to reclaim the puppy, or any puppy, and releases Steel City Bulldogs, its owners, and employees from legal obligation.

We breed excellent quality dogs. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee against circumstances beyond our control, such as lifespan, height, weight, standing ears and other environmentally acquired conditions or illness.

Our breeding animals are members of our family and we love and care for them above and beyond. Our puppies are happy, well rounded, playful and well socialized when they leave our premises, the rest is up to you; the new owner.  Without consistent training/discipline and love starting at a very early age (8 weeks), a NEW OWNER can create a "monster".

Basic obedience training is recommended for any new puppy, if you feel that you need assistance in training your new puppy, we recommend that you contact a licensed dog trainer or facility in your area.

Privacy Policy

What information do you collect about me?

When you visit our website, rest assured that you do so anonymously. Our site analysis software collects IP addresses, which pages are visited, and the types of browsers and operating systems visitors are using, but this information is collected ONLY in aggregate form, as statistical information. It doesn't identify you personally. It doesn't tell us who you are.

How do you use this information?

We use these statistics to evaluate how the general public navigates our site so we can improve its design and layout.

Do you use "cookies"?

On a few of our web pages, we use Google Analytics as part of site analysis, and it might place a tiny text file called a "cookie" on your hard drive. A cookie assigns a unique identifier to your computer so Google can "recognize" your computer when you return to our site. This is how, for example, Google gathers statistical information about how many of our visitors are first-timers and how many are repeat visitors. A cookie is perfectly safe because it is not "executed" like a computer program is. It cannot contain viruses and it cannot be used to extract any data whatsoever from your computer. If you set your browser to refuse to accept cookies, that's okay, too. You can still use and enjoy our site.

Do you share my information with other companies?

Absolutely not. Whenever you purchase anything from us, or send us feedback, or fill out a survey, or email us, your information is kept confidential. We will never sell, rent, or share it with anyone unless we are required to do as part of a legal investigation.

Should I be concerned about spyware or adware on your site?

No. We don't use spyware, adware, pop-up ads, spam, or any other annoying or intrusive marketing technique.

Do I have to worry about being put on a mailing list from your site?

Only if you want to. You can opt to be removed at any time.

What if you change your privacy policy?

Any changes will be posted here and will only apply on a going-forward basis, not a retroactive basis.
